What we do
- Evidence Audits – We do complete evidence audits or randomized sample inventories, including evidence policy and procedure evaluation, to ensure that the evidence room operates effectively and efficiently within accepted evidence protocols and legal limitations.
- Policy Evaluation - We do comprehensive policy reviews to note any deficiencies and make recommendations for improvements, especially in high liability areas such as use of force.
- Organizational Structure/Processes – We evaluate organizational structure and make recommendations to make the structure more efficient and effective internally and externally. This process usually includes staffing studies to determine if your agency has enough personnel for the required level of work. This evaluation would also include an assessment of agency processes and making recommendations to ensure those processes, including public involvement, are working to benefit the agency. We can also evaluate the agency’s culture and make recommendations to enhance and ensure an accountable and positive culture exists within the agency.
- Pay and Benefit Analyses also known as Salary Studies – We can analyze and evaluate the current pay and benefits package compared to neighboring and similar agencies. We will also help prepare a budget presentation for your agency, council, or commission regarding the complete budget or just the final pay and benefit analysis and recommendations.
- Program Evaluations – We can professionally evaluate individual programs and initiatives to determine if they are performing as expected. We can do both C.I.P.P. Evaluations, as well as Utilization Focused Evaluations.
